Our monitoring comprises Poland's largest number of press titles. Currently there are approximately 1000. The list of press titles is continually extending. New titles are added automatically when they appear on the market or based on our clients' indication. Newspapers and journals are thoroughly read and coded according to industries, subjects, topics, companies, brands, names or individually commissioned classification methods. This is possible thanks to modern and flexible database systems and the knowledge of top specialists from various industries.
Materials are made available as of 5.30am, through a web portal. Also, other forms of information transfer are offered, such as e-mail, export to clients' intranet, CD, paper print-outs or original press cuttings. The news portal facilitates information access in many file formats, including tif, gif, pdf, or text files: txt, doc.
The materials can be enriched with a range of additional information, including:
• summaries and translation of materials,
• assessment of context,
• assessment of advertising value equivalent of publications,
• early morning SMS and MMS alert about negative publications or other curcial information,
• individual analysis of collected material according to set thematic criteria.
Our company offers search services of archival materials that can be rendered available for the client. We can search in archival publications according to industries, code words, subjects, issues, people, companies or brands. This is made possible thanks our database of almost 8 million press news, analysed and computer archived - a one-of-its-kind treasure chest on the Polish market.
For our clients, we also monitor advertisements or brands, products and companies with their estimated value.
